16/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Both the Association of Cinema and Television Producers, Eurocinema, and Commissioner Viviane Reding, thanked President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and the European Convention Presidium for the inclusion of specific provisions on trade negotiations regarding culture and audio-visual matters in the constitutional treaty.
