16/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Siméon de Saxe Cobourg announced on Wednesday that he foresaw the dismissal of four of the nineteen ministers of his government. He pointed out that Plamen Panayotov would be entrusted the post of third Vice Prime Minister in order to coordinate Sofia's effort to join the European Union.
