16/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - "As for the EU, let's forget that for a few decades. It is not realistic (...) Nobody in Europe is talking seriously about it", declared Ukrainian President Leonid Koutchma, speaking in Kiev on Tuesday, emphasising that the EU "must first of all subsume the ten countries joining next May, no easy matter".
