Brussels, 30/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Karel Van Miert (former European Transport Commissioner, then Competition Commissioner) and Loyola de Palacio, Transport Commissioner, presented to the press the results of the High Level Group on Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T), chaired by Mr Van Miert.
