30/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Italian Foreign Minister, Enrico La Loggia, will present the Italian Presidency's programme to the Committee of the Regions of the EU, on 2 July in Brussels. Mr La Loggia will also speak about the roles of local and regional authorities in the European Union.
