Commission approves major part of planned Austrian aid for BMW factory in Steyr

Brussels, 28/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission closed the formal investigation of the plan to grant an aid of EUR 32 million (net present value) in favour of the BMW engine factory in Steyr (Oberösterreich region), site where the 4 and 6 cylinder petrol and diesel engines are built and where diesel technology engines are developed.
