Brussels, 28/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - An agreement on the 'fiscal package' could finally be reached during the Ecofin Council on 3 June, after six years of talks. The Member States seem prepared to grant concessions to Italy with regards to milk quotas, in order for it to lift its reservations with regards to the adoption of the package.
