Commission clears ThyssenKrupp's acquisition of French automotive supplier Sofedit

Brussels, 28/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission cleared the acquisition of the French automotive supplier Sofedit Industrie by the German industrial group ThyssenKrupp. ThyssenKrupp is a world-wide industrial group active mainly in steel manufacturing and processing, engineering, manufacturing of components for the automotive industry, and logistics.
