28/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate on Monday, Germany voting against and Austrian abstaining, a directive modifying sanitary policing requirements applicable to intracommunity exchanges and imports of semen of bovine animals, to align them to the new chapter of the zoosanitary code of the Office International des Epizooties.
