Commission approves granting of state aid to Merck BioFab biopharmaceutical lab in East Germany

Brussels, 28/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission authorised Germany to grant an aid of EUR 78 million to Merck KGaA for the construction in Jena, in Thüringen, of a new biopharmaceutical lab for the production of oncology products.
