On Wednesday Commission will present two Communications concerning improvement of environmental performance for products throughout their lifecycles

Brussels, 23/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission should adopt, two Communications to the Parliament and Council that aim to promote a European environmental policy applied to products. The first will lay the foundations for a future theme-based strategy for the prevention and recycling of waste, included in the sixth action programme for the environment.
