23/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 23 May in Brussels, 22 NGOS and research groups from the Member States, Poland, Hungary and Switzerland officially launched the European Migration Dialogue. This group, informally created one year ago, aims to encourage the Member States in the debate over European immigration policy.
