Two parties exchange proposals on services and investment in framework of free trade negotiations

Brussels, 23/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Union and the countries of the Mercosu (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) exchanged their new proposals for the liberalisation of services and investment, in the framework of the negotiation of an association and free trade agreement.
