Moldova assumes Presidency for six months

Strasbourg, 21/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Moldova has just taken over from Malta at the head of the Council of Europe. It will be occupying the rotating Presidency of the pro-European organisation, that brings together 45 Member States.
