21/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Liberal, Democrat and Reform Party (ELDR), Werner Hoyer, at the European Parliament has congratulated Guy Verhofstadt on the "record levels" achieved by the Liberals during the Belgian general elections on 18 may. They point out that, "Supported by the talent of Louis Michel, Daniel Ducarme, Karel de Gucht and Annemie Neyts, we have a formidable liberal democratic team in Belgium".
