Javier Solana congratulates Serbian Prime Minister on reforms

Brussels, 21/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, on Tuesday congratulated the Serbian Prime Minister, Zoran Zivkovic, for his "positive contribution to the necessary reforms in Serbia", despite the difficult circumstances following the assassination of then Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.
