Brussels, 21/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - As indicated (see EUROPE yesterday p 21), on Wednesday, the Commission decided to fine Deutsche Telekom € 12.6 million for charging anti-competitive tariffs for access to its local networks. The Commission says that the German company imposes the higher tariffs on this part of the network than its competitors making competition impossible.
