"Enterprise government" action plan announces initiattive for providing information for shareholders on structure of companies and pay for bosses

Brussels, 21/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission presented its action plan for the "modernisation of corporate law and enhancing enterprise government". It has announced initiatives for improving information for shareholders on the companies' structure and pay for the bosses.
