Convention: Mid-June deadline could come as a cut-off point

Time for reflection and compromise. It would be absurd for the Convention to run aground on the question of the institutions because its timetable is too tight. The debate has made progress, some of the rough edges have been smoothed over, and compromises are taking shape thanks to concessions, which previously seemed out of reach.
