Ministerial debate in Greece on Friday on reform of cohesion policy, with participation of candidate countries

Brussels, 12/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ministers responsible for regional policy from the Member States and ten acceding countries are to meet in Greece on Friday 16 May for an informal Council devoted to reform of cohesion policy. During the morning, the Fifteen will discuss implementation of programmes in the past (1994-1999) and current period (2000-2006). During the afternoon, the ministers of Member States and acceding countries will discuss the broad lines of the next regional package...
