Passport for freedom for Moroccan prisoner

Brussels, 07/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The thirtieth EP "Passport for Freedom" (denouncing the breach of humanitarian law and failure to respect the Geneva Convention) has been awarded to a captain in the Moroccan royal armed forces, Mimoun Zeggai, who has been a prisoner of war since 13 April 1976 in Algeria. He was taken prisoner during the Western Sahara conflict. This is the last "symbolic" stage in preparing a dossier with a view to Mr Zeggai's release (as well as that of 1160 Moroccan...
