Brussels, 07/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, Douglas Browning, Deputy Commissioner at the US Customs Service, sought to explain to the European Parliament's Committee on Citizens' Freedoms how the new American legislation worked regarding access to data collected by European airline companies on passengers travelling to US territory.
