07/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead for Finnish company Thomesto and Germany companies SCA Hygiene Products AG and SCA Hygiene Products GmbH to take joint control of forestry products company SCA Holtz, active in Germany and Austria. The decision was taken using the accelerated procedure.
