The Spinelli group for the new federalism proposes "coalitions of progress" on economic and social fields in follow-up to defence initiative and priority on citizens

Brussels, 07/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Members of the Spinelli Group for the New Federalism consisting of MEPs from the European Parliament socialist group expressed to the press on Wednesday its worries about the European Convention, notably about the social and economic fields.
