The Hague, 29/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch Justice Minister, JPH Donner, gave a little spice to the official inauguration of Eurojust (see below) by proposing the creation of a European jurisdiction with the power of investigation and judgement, but limited to the most serious cross-border crimes, as a solution to the difficulties encountered in developing European judicial cooperation in the area of criminal law.
