Brussels, 29/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Belgian Head of Government, Guy Verhofstadt, Gerhard Schröder from Germany, Jean-Claude Juncker from Luxembourg and the French President Jacques Chirac adopted a common document on the future of European defence at the end of the "mini summit" in Brussels on 29 April, organised on the initiative of Belgium. These proposals for the European Convention will be presented a the informal meeting of the European Ministers of foreign Affairs next Friday...
