Brussels, 29/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The presidents of the CDU and CSU, Angela Merkel and Edmund Stoiber, plan to explain their position to Chairman Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, on Wednesday, on the proposals made to date by the European Convention.
