Three Italian co-operatives specialised in fruit production have merged and created APOFRUIT ITALIA, which will be the largest national co-operative in the sector and one of the largest in European with a turnover of EUR173 million, 6200 associated producers, 16 establishments and 180,000 tonnes of fruits produced every year.
