29/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Legal and Internal Market Committee, held on 29 April, under the chairmanship of its President Giuseppe Gargani (EPP-ED, Italian), a hearing in view of the drafting of the report by Joachim Wuermeling (EPP-ED, German) on the harmonisation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions in the member states concerning consumption credits. The following themes have been developed: consumption credits in the internal market, scope of the Directive, conclusion and management of agreements.
