Practically all Valéry Giscard d'Estaing's proposals on institutional architecture are unacceptable says Juncker

Brussels, 24/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - Jean-Claude Juncker, Prime Minister of Luxembourg, in a declaration made on Wednesday, said that the only proposal from Valéry Giscard d'Estaing on the institutional architecture of the EU which had their consent was the creation of a Minister of Foreign Affairs (see EUROPE 4-7, yesterday).
