Brussels, 24/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - All the MEPs expressed their views on Thursday during the debate held by the EP's Institutional Committee on the proposals put forward by Valéry Giscard d'Estaing concerning the institutional architecture of the EU and the changes to be brought to it by the European Convention's Presidium.
