Brussels, 24/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In its most recent edition of the "Drugs Objective", entitled, "EU enlargement and drugs: challenges and perspectives", the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) in Lisbon pointed out that "candidate countries have become the obvious target for drug consumption".
