Brussels, 23/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In June the European Commission is expected to present its draft amendment of the "mergers and "parent-subsidiary" directives on dividends, according to indications by the Directorate General for Taxation, Robert Verrue on Wednesday during a meeting of the "Kangaroo" group at the European Parliament. This will involve short term measures proposed by the Commission in its October 2001 communication on corporation tax.
