23/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - President of South Korea Roh Moo-Hyun has said that the three-way talks (North Korea, United States and China) that opened on Wednesday in Beijing on Pyongyang's nuclear programme should be enlarged to other countries. "These talks will probably develop into future multilateral conversations, in order to find a complete solution" to the North Korean nuclear problem, he said according to Reuters (see Javier Solana's reaction in yesterday's EUROPE, p.5).
