Brussels, 27/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will present proposals on VAT as applied to high-intensity labour services before the summer, which will be preceded in April by a report on VAT reductions in force in 9 Member States, Commissioner Frits Bolkestein told the European Parliament's Economic Commission.
