ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) airlines

Italian airline ALITALIA and the German company LUFTHANSA are going to set up a joint venture sera active in the handling and servicing of civil aviation engines. It will be 60% owned by ALITALIA and 40% by LUFTHANSA.
