AIR LIQUIDE SANTE (French group AIR LIQUIDE ) has acquired 50% it was seeking in the Italian sterilisation company OMASA SPA (turnover EUR 9 million in 2002 with a staff of 179), a subsidiary of the civil industrial engineering group IMPREGLIO. In this sector AIR LIQUIDE SANTE achieved a turnover of over EUR 180 million in 2002.
