11/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The spokesperson for the Malta Labour Party recalled that the party had recommended to the Maltese electorate three different options for the referendum to be held on 8 March on the country's joining the EU. These are: vote against membership (as we wrote in our bulletin on 4 February), abstain or invalidate the ballot paper.
