ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) drinks

The Italian CAMPARI group and GONZALEZ BYASS from Spain are going to set up a joint-venture in Spain which will be active in the marketing and distribution of rum and whisky. GONZALEZ BYASS will hold 70% of stock in the new company and CAMPARI 30%. The company is expected to have an annual turnover of EUR 65 million.
