ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car parts

The steel and heavy machinery group, THYSSENKRUPP (Germany) is planning to set up a joint-venture with US-German car producer DAIMLERCHRYSLER to manufacture steering systems. THYSSENKRUPP would control 60% of capital in this new company and DAIMLERCHRYSLER 40%.
