11/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Parliament approved by 428 votes to 14 and 32 abstentions the consultative report by Greek Socialist Anna Karamanou on a Spanish proposal aimed at amending the Schengen regulation on issuing visas to sailors in transit.
