11/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to the accelerated procedure, the European Commission has authorised the creation of a joint venture between Acea Distribuzione (Italian ACEA group) and the municipal authorities of Rome, Bitcino (Italian subsidiary of the French Legrand group and Siemenes Metering. The new company will develop and sell a new management system for inspecting low voltage electricity network distribution.
