ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The Belgian group, KBC (banking and insurance) is in negotiations for the acquisition of the KULCZYCK holding in the Polish insurance group WARTA. This operation will allow KBC to increase its share to 98% of capital in WARTA. The market value of KULZCYCK's stake currently stands at 570 million zlotys (around EUR 145 million).
