Brussels, 07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the occasion of the inauguration of the Council of Social and Economic Development in Brasilia (Brazil), on 13 February, Brazilian President Lula da Silva is to meet the president of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Roger Briesch, an old friend and combatant.
