07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council has adopted its resolution on social inclusion through social dialogue and partnership, which insists on dialogue between all actors (Commission, Member States, social partners, organised civil society) in achieving the objectives of the social inclusion process (see EUROPE of 5 December, p.10).
