Luxembourg, 07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Portuguese Judge at the Court of First Instance, Rui Manel Gens de Moura Ramos has been appointed Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Portugal from 1 March this year. The exact day of his departure will not be known until his successor takes over the post.
