07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the following operations by expedited procedure: - shared control of Ormecon Chemie by Future Capital, CDPQ, SAM Holding and Zipperling-Kessler. The latter hitherto had total control of Ormecon; - the creation of a joint venture for automobile parts between Emerson Electric and Dana Corporation.
