Heathcote-Amory and Bonde attack draft articles they consider lead towards "super state"

Brussels, 07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - David Heathcote-Amory, representative of the British Parliament criticised Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, his presidium and "selective memory" in the drafting of the first draft Articles in the future Constitutional treaty (see EUROPE yesterday pp 5-7).
