07/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The opinions that the EcoFin Council adopted on 21 January on the updated stability programmes of five Member States (Germany, Greece, France, Italy and Finland) and Sweden's convergence programme were published in the Official Journal C 26 of 4 February.
