Mr Mendez de Vigo requests new forum for civil society and new youth convention

Brussels, 22/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Parliament at the European Convention, Partido Popular politician, Inigo Mendez de Vigo, has written to President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing asking him to organise a new civil society forum and another youth convention as soon as the Convention has the official texts, even if they are not completely finished.
